Half way between Margaux and Saint-Julien, the Moulis-en-Médoc appellation takes the form of a thin strip of seven kilometres in length, perpendicular to the Gironde.
An exceptional diversity of complementary terroirs are found here, from pure Garonne and Pyrenees gravel to clay-limestone, which has led specialists to say that Moulis is “an extraordinary concentration of viticulture in the Médoc”.

From the first years of their life, the wines of Moulis combine great finesse with generous flesh. They reach fullness after seven to ten years. Then, their tannic strength allows them to survive happily over the years.
A nice deep and dense ruby colour, elegant on the nose or with complex and powerful aromatic nuances, very good structure, surprising length, characterise the charm of these wines.
